I got pretty big into saddle hunting this year and currently run a Tethrd Phantom with a Predator platform and Hawk Helium Sticks. In my opinion, saddles are pretty easy to sit in all day (when you consider that sitting in a treestand itself all day can be tough). I also dont find them too challenging to shoot out of, it’s just different than what you’re probably used to.
I recently got the Tethrd Phantom Saddle as a gift. I haven’t spent a ton of time in it yet, but my first impressions are that it’s very comfortable.
I could see what @Jamesbush is saying when he said that it’s different to shoot out of too after spending a bit of time in it. I don’t think that it’s impossible, just something new to learn but once you’re comfortable it should be like riding a bike.
